Presidential Potatoes



















From the Inauguration Luncheon menu:

Molasses Whipped Sweet Potatoes
3 lbs sweet potatoes, roasted & peeled
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Mash all ingredients together.
