Recipe Wednesday

Today, loyal readers, we start a new feature: Recipe Wednesdays!

The recipes I post will either be my own or ones that I pick up on the road. Today's recipe is from our '06 Iowa trip. Have I made these? Not yet*. I'm gonna, though.

Really.



Ham Balls

2 1/2 # ground ham
2 # lean pork
1# ground beef
3 beaten eggs
3 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup milk





Mix together and baste with
2 cans tomato soup
3/4 cup vinegar
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour, last half hour uncovered.


*So don't blame me if this doesn't work.
