Brown Sugar Cinnamon Ice Cream














I'm making this for tomorrow's Thanksgiving potluck:

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Ice Cream

Whisk together:
4 egg yolks
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch Kosher salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Add:
4 cups half-and-half

Heat to 180 degrees, strain, chill, & spin. Serve with pie.
