
Combine that with my magnificent ice cream machine, and you get this:
Watermelon sorbet
- half a big seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup sugar, if the watermelon needs it
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Puree together. Toss into ice cream machine. (You may have to do this in batches.)
Lock your door. Eat the whole thing. Don't share.
Repeat with the other half of your watermelon.
